roads if you can. If you must travel, the latest info we've heard is that route 36 to Limon is open but with major delays. Route 32 to San Jose remains closed but the alternate route via Turrialba is open. Many poor families will have been severely affected by this so we're trying to see where the needs are greatest to organize some help. Updates on that soon.
