Each bedroom has separate entrance and A/C; 3 bedrooms have ensuite baths. The villa has satellite Wi-Fi, battery backup for the routers, and ample desks in all bedrooms. The living room and kitchen share open space with vaulted ceilings and fans, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything to prepare and serve meals. Outside is a covered patio with gas grill and large dining table, and an outdoor living room and covered ranchito by the pool. When you’re ready to head to the beach, it’s a 5-minute walk to Playa Negra. Off-street parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
