What are people saying about us?Tortuguero     Brandi and Sarah from Portland, OR     July 09, 2008

Wow, Tortuguero was amazing--definitely recommended. We saw 3 types of monkeys (white faced, howler, and spider), a cayman (smaller version of a croc), TONS of birds, a river otter, a sloth and a green turtle laying her eggs. Book your hotel ahead though as the place we found wasn't so clean although it was all we could find available.

What are people saying about us?restaraunt & nightlife costs     Kassi from Reno, US     June 27, 2008

hola! i'm trying to figure out a budget for a possible trip to puerto viejo and ive been searching all over trying to find costs for restaraunts, cafes, bars, and entertainment. if someone could please help me out that would be wonderful!! im a pretty frugal person so i wouldnt be dining at some 5 star restaraunt, just your average restraraunt. much abliged!!

What are people saying about us?Two day rafting trip     RazorbackTraveler from Fayetteville, Arkansas     June 18, 2008

I just got back from CR. The rafting trip was AWESOME! I must recommend that you do the overnight trip. You get to do so much more than the one day trip and get to go through several more miles of river. We were lucky enough to be the only two on the overnight trip and ended up with three personal guides, who made us several meals including a candle light dinner overlooking the river.

What are people saying about us?bocas trip     Brian Craig from Flagstaff Arizona     February 01, 2008

Have most people been happy with this trip, ie the hotel and catamaran?

What are people saying about us?Rafting Trip     Chelsea from USA     December 18, 2007

Thanks for the awesome time on the rafting tour!!! Our guide, Elberto, had a great personality, was very informative and up beat, and really made the experience an unforgettable one. We love you guys and will definitely recommend you all to our friends!!!
pura vida, Chelsea

What are people saying about us?Pacuare River Rafting     Doug Dosdall from Vancouver, BC     December 05, 2007

I did the Pacuare 1 day River Trip some years ago and I still remember this as one of the most memorable vacation days of my life. For almost the entire time on the river, we saw no sign of human habitation -- just pure jungle with lots of birds, monkeys, etc. Even if river rafting doesn't neccesarily appeal to you, this is a spectacular way to see Costa Rican nature.
