Opponents of the Playa Negra marina have launched a website, www.salvemospuertoviejo.com, to act as an information source for those wanting to take action about the marina.

The website, in Spanish, links to several news stories on the marina as well as links to different government agencies where letters opposing the project can be sent.

There’s a place on the Salvemos Puerto Viejo site that says they’d like someone to translate their site into English.

My Spanish isn’t that good. Anybody interested?

Also, there’s an impressive list of opponents to the project.

What I meant was, where it says:

“Si deseas colaborar en la traducción de esta web al inglés, por favor escríbenos.”

That means they’re looking for someone to translate their site into English. Like a volunteer, maybe. For an actual English version of the site.

Thanks for the site translation tool. It’s better than the one I was using.
